500 Chickens is a partner project with 500 Gardens in Madisonville jointly dedicated to strengthening  our community’s  food sources, one chicken keeper at a time. Fresh eggs along with fresh veggies to increase the local food access. 

500 Chickens Objectives:

• Educate and support careful chicken keeping practices
• Create network of resources and idea sharing
• Bring the community together and create new friendships based on the shared enjoyment of chickens
